What you'll do on a typical day: Lead inventory and goods-in teams, setting objectives and monitoring performance Implement and optimise WMS systems (including JDA) Plan and organise PI counts and annual stocktaking Ensure stock integrity and reconciliation across multiple systems Manage budget and attend finance meetings What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in supply chain, inventory optimisation, and team management Strong knowledge of WMS systems (JDA preferred) Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to influence, negotiate, and present confidently End-to-end understanding of supply chain principles, ideally within e-commerce
