Role OverviewThe Solutions Advisor will manage inbound and outbound sales activities for our Contractor Solutions business, identify opportunities to promote Feneros services, and build strong client relationships. The Solutions Advisor supports business growth by converting leads, nurturing partnerships, and increasing market awareness of Feneros offerings. This role will be temporary full-time for an initial period of 9 months which may be extended. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.Role ResponsibilitiesInbound SolutionsRespond promptly to client enquiries via phone and email, understanding needs and recommending suitable solutions.Provide expert advice on Feneros products and services, ensuring a tailored approach for each customer.Maintain accurate records of enquiries and pipelines, maximising conversion rates.Manage and foster long-term relationships with partners. Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and a high level of customer experience.Monitor customer feedback, identify issues and work collaboratively with other departments to solve problems.Outbound SalesProactively pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue and market share.Implement strategies to expand the companys presence in key target markets.Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure ongoing referrals.Balance inbound advisory with outbound sales (approximate split: 70% inbound, 30% outbound).General ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business development and other teams to enhance growth opportunities.Stay informed on industry trends, compliance, and legislation relevant to accounting and tax services.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Contribute to team meetings, providing feedback to improve processes and drive business growth.Attend events, conferences and training as required.Role RequirementsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.2-3 years experience in a customer-facing or sales role.Experience in outbound sales, lead generation and business development is highly desirable.Knowledge of payroll, tax, or accounting industries is a strong advantage.Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.Highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a sometimes-ambiguous environment.Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.BenefitsWork From Home Remote First Working, Pension Group Life Assurance EAP
