We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site. We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communicationWe are currently recruiting a full-time Stores Technician & Procurement Support, based in Blanchardstown on our Client site.This role will report to the Site Lead. The role requires excellent knowledge of stores functionality, strong procurement and administrative skills.Role/ResponsibilitiesComplying with all Health & Safety regulationsProcurement of engineering spare partsLiaising with suppliers to source quotes, achieving the best price and delivery datesIssuing Purchase Orders to suppliersLiaising with engineers and other client staffInforming client of delays or issues, providing timely and accurate informationPerform day-to-day stores operations includingDeliveries to site locations when necessaryInventory management & maintaining accurate information in the client ERP systemCycle counting and discrepancy investigationsDelivery of the agreed KPI metrics for the siteMonitor emails for site requestsCarry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreementProjects from time to time as requested by the site managerOther ad hoc dutiesCandidate ProfileStores background with excellent administrative skillsExperience of maintenance order kittingKnowledge of Mechanical & Electrical parts is an advantageKnowledge of MRO processesProcurement experienceProficiency using ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, Maximo, JD Edwards etc.Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel & PowerPointStrong organisational skills, ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressurePrevious Pharma & GMP experience is an advantageExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills and telephone mannerFluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendorsFlexible approach to all areas of the role and a positive attitude are essentialJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
