We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.The Sales Development Manager (France and Italy) is a core strategic position based in Dublin and is responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to meet and exceed goals for activity and pipeline creation. The SDRs are responsible for prospecting to generate leads and converting Marketing demand in order to produce qualified opportunities for Account Executives that they partner with. This front-line managerial position is specific to our Auth0 and Okta offering within the France & Italy region.Candidates considered for the Sales Development Manager role must have a passion to succeed, a clear vision of their goals & career path and the desire to be part of a dynamic team environment of growth and change. Okta needs an experienced Sales Development Manager who can not only coach and lead the team but is a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented sales management professional.What you'll do:Your team will generate new business opportunities to fuel new business sales pipelineResponsible for career development and advancement of team individualsHire, coach, motivate and mentor Sales Development repsReport on results and performanceConstantly seek opportunities for improvement and enhancementAlign with marketing and sales leadership stakeholdersWho you are:Experience of leading, hiring & developing a high performance sales or SDR team in SaaS (or similar)Knowledge and experience with a modern sales and marketing technology stackData driven and analytical, able to articulate to senior leadersExcellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, driven and self-starting individualAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentExcellent time management/organizational skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited universityFluency in French languageOkta’s Top 5 Core Leadership Competencies are part of the deeply ingrained principles that guide all of our company’s actions.
