Our client, a niche investment management firm based in South Dublin, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and owner. The business has a diversified portfolio of investments across Ireland, spanning multiple sectors, including energy, real estate, and corporate investments. This is a pivotal and newly created role that requires a proactive, discreet, and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management of complex and busy diary.
* Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
* Ability to prioritise, manage and correspond to emails and correspondence promptly.
* Assist in the preparation of briefs, presentations, and corporate packs for internal and external meetings.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate:
* 10+ years experience as EA for CEO in professional services, Financial Services, or industry.
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload, multitasking and prioritising tasks.
* Experienced in reacting to urgent requests.
* Ability to deliver at a very high standard.
* Excellent communication and written skills are essential.
* Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
