Job Title – Working Foreman (Construction)
Project – Commercial and Industrial
Job Location – Dublin
Salary - €55K - €5K (depending on experience)
About the Company
Working on commercial and industrial projects from greenfield to fit out throughout Dublin with a reputable main contractor who specialise in the fit-out sector. The successful candidate will be managing multiple projects with more in the pipeline so there is definitely a steady stream of work
The Role
- Being present and contributing to Toolbox talks.
- Supporting the Site Manager with H&S and Compliance on site.
- Manage Man power and materials on site to ensure smooth running of the project.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Working Foreman.
- Trade's background.
- Degree qualifies is desirable.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects from greenfield to completion is essential.
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
