Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Morning Kitchen Supervisor to assist our Head Chef/Sous Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within hotels or similar establishments, and a genuine passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
* Follow the example of excellence and efficiency set by our talented Head Chef.
* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
* Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience working in a hotel or similar environment.
* A genuine interest in food and cooking.
* A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
* The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
