The Experience
The Quota and Capacity Planning (QCP) team serves as the trusted authority to set sales targets keeping the company's financial goals in mind. We are a group of passionate professionals aiming to fuel the $60B+ revenue goal of Salesforce through continuous cross-functional collaboration and process improvements. We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented individuals with a proven analytical background who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving processes that will allow the company to scale. The Quota (Senior) Analyst joining the QCP team will be supporting our global operating units in their capacity modelling, planning, and quota setting process while liaising with the quota business partners, strategy, sales, and many other teams.
This position is part of a global team working across multiple regions and requires flexibility to work across different timezones.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Work with a broad range of cross‑functional groups across different regions to analyze massive global data sets, reports and dashboards and provide findings, recommendations and insights to various teams and leadership stakeholders
Develop and own concurrent data reporting and auditing projects and models to help drive insights for the regional Quota Business Partners and their regional Sales Strategy stakeholders
Work with the Global PMO team to deliver key annual planning program deliverables on time and with a high degree of accuracy
Create and maintain global dashboards and reports to help drive Quota Business Partner operational rigour, efficiency and optimisation
Prepare on a regular and scheduled basis audits and reviews of quota submissions and present findings to internal auditors and process owners
You're Our Person If…
5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance, where business analysis and insights were in the DNA
B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering)
Experience in Excel/G Sheet, PowerPoint/G Slides, Database (SQL), Tableau, Anaplan and Salesforce.com
Power user proficiency in Excel and Tableau with the ability to tell a story in PowerPoint/Google Slides
Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies and sales territory alignment
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast paced start‑up environment and able to own multiple different concurrent deliverables
Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple time zones across SEA, North America and Europe
Communicator: Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad and senior audience

Analytical: Able to think critically and create scalable analytical models
Team Player: Able to build excellent rapport and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Can easily and quickly do ad hoc analysis in Google sheets/Excel and Tableau
Quick learner with strong‑self initiative
Knowledge of Databases (experience in designing and building complex models a big plus)
Systems Analyst or Consulting experience preferred
Be passionate about quality and have a strong sense of ownership on the work accomplished
