Exciting new opportunity for a Snr HR Generalist to join a global organization as they embark on their significant growth journey.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HR Generalist will play a key role supporting both managers and employees across the business on all HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and change management.
Advise on complex employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Lead on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management cases.
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Oversee full recruitment cycle for senior and critical roles.
Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection.
With the assistance of the HR Administrator, ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including inductions and probation reviews.
Support talent development, succession planning and performance management processes.
Evaluate training effectiveness and track mandatory training compliance.
Ensure accurate employee data and reporting (turnover, absence, diversity & inclusion metrics, etc.).
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
Lead or support HR projects as required Accurately process payroll in line with internal deadlines and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years' HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a generalist role with advisory capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
Experience in payroll process (preferably using Sage Micropay).
