1. Effective management and development of strong client relationships
2. Representation of the company to clients is necessary

4. Liaising with clients on development initiatives is crucial
5. Handling or resolving complex operational and customer complaints is key
6. Accountability for controls within teams is paramount
7. Implementing procedures for internal controls, external compliance and regulatory requirements is essential
Key Requirements:
* High numeracy and IT literacy skills are required
* A degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area is necessary
* At least 4 years of experience in Investor Service / Transfer Agency is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
* Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills are required
