Offer description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Dock 84 cafe restaurant in Sligo. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen, supervising the kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the head chef during service
* Helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Preparing dishes to order
* Cooking food to order
* Training junior chefs

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of chef experience and be familiar with professional cookery. This is a full-time permanent position, working 39 hours per week.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

1. A minimum of 5 years of chef experience
2. Familiarity with professional cookery
