A dynamic and ambitious Bar Manager is required to lead our new bar in Donegal.
As the General Manager, you will oversee a 10,000 sq. ft. establishment and manage a team of bartenders, barbacks, bouncers, wait staff, and kitchen staff.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the front-of-house is fully staffed during peak times, meeting sales and profitability targets, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
You will also be responsible for dealing with customer feedback, providing adequate solutions to complaints, and monitoring inventory levels.
Ideal candidates will have experience as a manager in a busy bar operation, be enthusiastic and innovative, and able to drive the business forward with new ideas.
