The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a well-established social club in Cork. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of classic cocktails and food service, as well as up-to-date market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and driving business growth through effective management practices.
* Create rosters for approximately 6 staff members to ensure seamless operation during peak hours.
* Develop a deep understanding of Health & Safety regulations related to the licensed trade to maintain compliance at all times.
