Your Role
As a Supply Chain Functional Lead, you will own the end-to-end supply chain and procurement functional design for Retail / Wholesale Grocery transformation programs running on SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP – Private Cloud).
You will act as the functional authority for procurement, replenishment, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance, enabling a high-velocity, flexible, and data-driven grocery supply chain with strong automation and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Own Source to Pay (S2P) and Demand to Fulfil (D2F) processes.
Lead Fit to Standard / Fit to Gap workshops for supply chain and procurement.
Design solutions for Central Procurement.
Design solutions for Inventory, Logistics & Execution.
Design solutions for Demand & Replenishment.
Design solutions for Inventory Visibility.
Design solutions for Supplier & Vendor Management.
Define KPIs for availability, lead time, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.
Ensure documentation and controls meet Infosys delivery and audit standards.
Collaborate with ABAP teams on WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Execute end-to-end solution testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution.
Prepare cutover plans and support go-live activities including issue resolution, functional checks, and migration validation.
Provide hyper-care support and drive post-go-live stabilization.
Conduct training for key users and business teams on retail processes and Fiori applications.
Must Have Skills
Experience in retail or wholesale supply chain with E2E implementation and rollouts exposure.
Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail / Procurement.
Experience with central procurement, replenishment, and inventory management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills
Proven background in grocery or high volume retail environments.
Experience with RISE with SAP – Private Cloud.
Exposure to RELEX, SAP EWM, SAP TM.
Global or multi-country retail rollout experience.
