Responsibilities
* Lead flagship Oracle Cloud Financials projects across modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Tax, Procurement, Assets, and Expenses.
* Own the client journey from PoC configuration to workshops, integrations, data migrations, testing, and post-go-live enablement.
* Demonstrate Oracle capabilities, including Oracle Transactional BI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View; deliver tailored reporting insights.
* Ensure client success by driving user adoption, change management, quarterly release adoption, and delivering timely, high-quality status reports.
* Configure Oracle Cloud for Proof of Concept and lead functional activities such as data migration, integration, and workshop facilitation.
* Lead requirements definition, design, gap analysis, and solution validation workshops; oversee testing support, training delivery, and post go-live support.
* Provide status updates and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
Qualifications
* Customer-facing expertise in Oracle Cloud (SaaS): General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Tax, Subledger Accounting, Procurement (including Self Service), Assets and Expenses.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional BI, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View; ability to create functional specs using OUM/AIM.
* Strong stakeholder-facing skills: facilitates workshops, captures requirements, supports UAT, and delivers knowledge transfer.
* Organised, independent, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Bonus: accounting background, experience with broader EPM modules, or strong integration and REST/API skills.
What you will do day-to-day
* Lead and implement primary Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
* Configure Oracle Cloud Instance for client PoC.
* Demonstrate Oracle Cloud functionality and oversee requirements, design, and gap analysis.
* Lead application configuration and support data migration, integration, testing, training, and post go-live activities.
* Support risk and change management, and communicate project deliverables effectively.
