The Clinical Benefits team is responsible for managing relationships with hospitals, scan centers, and Clinical Benefit providers. We are seeking an experienced support specialist to join our team and assist with various tasks, including service quality checks and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clinical third-party provider queries.
* Manage the Clinical Benefits team inbox and respond to member queries.
* Carry out service quality checks, including test calls on a routine basis.
* Assist with any compliance, legal, risk activities.
