**Reporting to:** Store Leader**Location:** Specialized Ireland, Dublin**Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per weekAs a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key part in shaping every rider's in-store journey.
You'll help create memorable experiences, support the smooth running of the store, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

## **What You'll Do*** Create a warm, welcoming rider experience across all channels (in-store, phone, online)* Support riders by offering thoughtful product guidance and completing sales* Contribute to store KPIs through confident, ethical sales practices* Carry out stock checks and follow brand processes for accuracy and organisation* Maintain awareness of store, team, and stock security* Assist with order processing, deliveries, and restocking* Help maintain a clean, organised store environment* Complete cash-up tasks where required* Support the Store Leader/Assistant Store Leader with reasonable requests* Maintain friendly, professional behaviour at all times## **What You'll Bring**We don't expect perfection — if you meet most of these and are excited to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
