Senior HR & People Coordination Executive

They are seeking a Senior HR & People Coordination Executive to support their busy HR and People Development function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, or Careers/Placement support professional who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities
* Coordinate schedules, interviews, meetings, workshops, and people-related activities across multiple teams, ensuring efficient planning and seamless execution.
* Act as a central point of contact for employees, candidates, students, and internal teams, providing clear updates and maintaining a high standard of communication.
* Prepare documentation such as interview briefs, event materials, onboarding information, and reports to support HR and people development activities.
* Support the delivery of employee and student engagement programmes, training sessions, and development initiatives.
* Assist with planning and coordinating events such as information sessions, employer interactions, networking activities, and internal learning workshops.
* Maintain HR and coordination systems, ensuring accurate data entry, strong record keeping, and timely reporting across key activities.
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, understanding their needs and supporting them in a timely, professional manner.
* Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance the overall experience for candidates, employees, and students.
* Provide general HR coordination support across projects, reporting, and process improvements.
Job requirements
* 3+ years' experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, people operations support, student/careers services, or a similar senior administrative role.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume schedules, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising with senior leaders, managers, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly.
* Strong IT proficiency across MS Office; experience using HR systems, ATS platforms, or student management systems is an advantage.
* A genuine interest in people operations, employee/candidate experience, and process excellence.
