Site Engineer

Responsibilities for
Site Engineer
* Oversee and support subcontractor works with a focus on quality control and compliance
* Coordinate technical site drawings and layout planning
* Set out levels and gridlines for various site stages including groundworks, RC frames, foundations, floor slabs, services, and civil elements
* Supervise concrete frame and civil engineering contractors across all phases
* Liaise closely with subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
* Maintain detailed site records and manage quality assurance documentation
* Contribute to a positive site culture through strong communication and collaboration
Requirements for
Site Engineer
* Degree-qualified in Engineering (Level 8 or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2–3 years' post-grad experience in a site-based role
* Proficient in setting out, particularly within residential or RC frame environments
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a sharp attention to detail
* Capable of managing multiple tasks with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Comfortable taking ownership of key responsibilities and driving project goals
