The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a marketing environment, with a strong preference for those with experience in marketing for a professional services or product company.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, digital advertising)
* Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content to build brand awareness
* Develop and manage relationships with external partners (e.g., vendors, agencies)
* Create and manage the company's marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. technical team, sales, product, design) to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing activities
* Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 3-4 years of experience in a marketing environment, with a preference for those with experience in marketing for a professional services or product company
* Demonstrable experience of successfully bringing a product to market, encompassing the endto-end marketing activities for this
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
The role will be Dublin-based and will be a mix of working from home and working at our offices in Dun Laoghaire.
