Role Summary
We are seeking
experienced, hands-on Business Analysts
to work directly with business stakeholders on delivery projects. Candidates should be capable of leading analysis independently and producing high-quality process and requirements outputs.
This is not a management, programme, or strategy-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead analysis activities with business stakeholders independently
* Map end-to-end business processes and identify pain points
* Gather, define, and document requirements
* Assess change impacts and support delivery teams with actionable insights
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are implementable
Essential Experience / Skills
* Strong hands-on delivery background in business analysis
* Proven experience in process mapping, requirements definition, and change impact assessment
* Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within a delivery team
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* Programme Managers or Analysis Leads
* Roles primarily focused on management, strategy, or advisory work
