Intermediate Quantity Surveyor FRS Recruitment are working alongside a leading business in Europe's Window & Door industry who are now recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities: Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
Support senior QS in contract administration and procurement.
Conduct site visits for progress assessments and cost control.
Assist in preparing final accounts and project reports.
Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
At least 2/3 years of experience in a QS role (Preferably main contractor experience) Strong analytic and communication skills.
