TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector in Mayo to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Castlebar Hours: 35 hours full time hours (9-5) Duration: Temporary month to month initial contract Pay scale: €*****- €***** (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Role Overview This temporary role provides comprehensive administrative and PA-style support to a senior management function within the public sector.
The position requires a high level of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism, with responsibility for maintaining records, managing sensitive information, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update departmental trackers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Upload and manage relevant information within CRM and database systems Manage and update records efficiently while maintaining data integrity Prepare, type, and format correspondence, letters, and reports Take accurate minutes of meetings and circulate documentation as required Log, track, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Provide reception cover when required, including greeting visitors and managing telephone enquiries Carry out filing and document management duties (primarily online systems) Support general office administration and assist colleagues as required Ensure compliance with public sector administrative procedures and standards Key Skills Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally within a public sector or similar environment Strong experience using databases, trackers, and CRM systems Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team Please apply with your updated CV at your earliest convenience.
