We are recruiting for a Field Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in the premium drinks sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows how to build strong relationships and close deals.
Covering the vibrant Connacht region, you will have autonomy to manage your own agenda and grow a strong presence across hotels, restaurants, and other on-trade venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development across the Connacht territory.
* Manage and grow existing accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
* Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
* Represent premium, specialist products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
* Manage your own field schedule and call plan, while adapting to client needs.
* Work closely with senior management to hit and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within hospitality, on-trade, or FMCG.
* Genuine passion for wine, food, and quality products.
* A natural deal-closer with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive with autonomy in a field-based role.
* Competent with IT systems (Microsoft Office; social media marketing an advantage).
* Full, clean driving licence.
