Ref: 81175 Essential Hold a recognised 3rd Level qualification in a health/social care or Nursing division.
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation.
Have completed a recognised management programme.
Leading and managing a team, resources and delivering services.
Have experience of supporting people to integrate into their community.
Hold a full Clean Driving License.
Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of DOCDSS competency framework.
Desirable Committed to working with families, advocates and MDT members.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a proven track record in managing change.
Be familiar with the New Directions policy and its implementation.
Have excellent computer skills.
