We are proud to partner with leading fleets across the UK and Ireland, supporting their digital transformation journeys.As we continue to expand our team and operations, we're seeking an organised, proactive Office Administrator/Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities and provide essential administrative support across the organisation.Role OverviewThe Office Administrator/Manager will play a central role in managing the administrative, financial, marketing and operational tasks that keep Tranzaura running efficiently. You will support leadership, coordinate internal processes, and act as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders.This is a varied role that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting a collaborative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Operations ManagementManage day-to-day office operations including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment setup, accounts access, documentation, etc.).Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events.Maintain company policies, office procedures, and health & safety compliance.Finance & AdministrationAssist in managing contracts, supplier renewals, and service agreements.Track and manage company subscriptions, renewals, and operational costs.Marketing & EventsManage and maintain company data within our CRM and marketing systemsHandle inbound website enquiries and ensure accurate data managementPlan and coordinate online and in-person eventsCoordinate internal marketing activities and team meetingsOversee production of printed materials and branded merchandiseManage purchase orders, supplier relationships and invoicing for marketing initiativesHR & People SupportMaintain accurate HR and personnel records.Support recruitment coordination (posting roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates).Assist with internal communications, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.Executive & Leadership SupportProvide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, reporting, and documentation.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.Help coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain company documentation.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure company files, NDAs, insurance, and data protection documentation are up to date.Support GDPR compliance through accurate record-keeping and process adherence.Skills & ExperienceEssential:3+ years' experience in office management, administration, or business support roles.Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.Proficient with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and general business software tools.Discreet and trustworthy, with experience handling confidential information.Desirable:Experience in a SaaS or technology business.Familiarity with finance systems and HR software.Process-oriented mindset with a passion for improving efficiency.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model with flexibility.Opportunity to be part of an ambitious, collaborative, and forward-thinking team.Exposure to all areas of a fast-scaling SaaS business.A supportive culture where your ideas and contributions make a real impact.
