Leadership Opportunity in Project Delivery
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead project delivery across various commercial and residential projects in Limerick.
The successful candidate will join an established contractor, taking full responsibility for project management from inception through handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire project lifecycle: planning, procurement, execution, and completion.
* Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
* Maintain strict Health and Safety protocols, ensuring risk assessments, inductions, permits, and inspections are in place.
* Oversee project performance: budgets, variations, procurement, and forecasting.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a proven track record.
* A background in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use construction is essential.
* Possession of a relevant Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or strong trade route is desirable.
