What You'll Do:
* Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of pitch books and client presentations
* Conduct industry, market, and company research to support transactions and strategic decisions

* Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and advisory projects
* Prepare client deliverables, reports, and internal documentation
* Collaborate with senior bankers to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
* Maintain accurate records of analyses, data, and communications
* Contribute to process improvements and streamline reporting workflows
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, M&A, comparable analysis)
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ)
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
* Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
* Prior internship or experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus
