OverviewBourne Education Trust, Abbey cluster – People & Events AdministratorLocation: Jubilee High School, Addlestone KT15 1TE (travel to other Trust sites may be required). This role is based at our central Trust office but will collaborate with colleagues across all schools within Bourne Education Trust. The role supports HR and event administration as part of the People Team.BET is a forward-thinking multi-academy trust comprising twenty-four schools with additional associate schools, spanning primary, secondary and specialist phases. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out safer recruitment processes in line with statutory and internal policiesEnsure all recruitment activities comply with safeguarding and equal opportunities legislationManage the onboarding process for new staff joining the BET central team
EssentialAn awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of childrenExperience working in an office environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
DesirablePrevious administrative experience within a school environment
