* A qualification in this field is desirable, but not essential for the role
* 2 years Post Qualification experience in a similar role
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site
* Maintaining site order book and reconciling orders with delivery dockets
* Administering returns in accordance with Company policy
* Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct
* Undertaking data entry and back-up as required, including the company accounts system
* General Administrative tasks associated with running the office as required
* Assisting overseas personnel with accommodation requirements using the company appointed accommodation agency
* Assisting with any logistics that may be required in moving from one site to another.
* Strong time management and communication skills are essential to this role, as well as the ability to work well within a team, prepare reports and administer the necessary paperwork.
