Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager role: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 40+ to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
Maximise sales and KPIs daily, ensuring strong commercial performance.
Use commercial reports to set the store up for success and drive productivity.
Ensure VM and store standards align with company expectations.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Skills and experience required for this Assistant Manager role: Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager in fashion, non-food or grocery retailer.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving store performance and sales.
Merchandising expertise and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
