Qualified accountant and CTA with strong academic background
Post-qualified experience in Big 4 or international corporate tax teams
Knowledge of international corporate tax matters
Experience in managing tax compliance, provisioning, forecasting and disclosures
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across multiple jurisdictions in a fast paced environment
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax and working closely with the Group CFO, this role will include:
Tax Compliance: Coordination and review of corporate tax compliance across the Group
Financial Reporting: Preparation of tax disclosures for the Group’s year-end financial statements
Tax Forecasting: Management of the tax forecasting and provisioning processes
Advisory Support: Supporting tax elements of M&A, reorganisations, and other strategic initiatives
Transfer Pricing: Implementation and monitoring of group transfer pricing policies
Legislation Monitoring: Keeping abreast of legislative changes and their impact across jurisdictions
Stakeholder Management: Acting as the key point of contact for external tax advisors
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiencies, risk mitigation and enhanced compliance
