About Our Client: Our client, a respected publishing company in Sandyford, is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Junior Sales Administrator to join their team. Knowledge of the Catholic religion is advantageous for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries and addressing customer needs.
* Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team.
* Maintain and update customer records.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Knowledge of the Catholic religion is advantageous.
* Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus, but not required.
