About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, timeline, quality standards, and budget to ensure clear articulation of business requirements.
* Establish and manage project structures, roles, and teams for efficient delivery.
* Produce RAID logs and manage mitigation activities, including ongoing risk assessment and analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to integrate costs, activities, and deliverables within the project scope.
* Create high-level and detailed documents to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in project management, preferably in insurance business integration or change projects.
* Excellent knowledge of business improvement methodologies, including change management principles.
* Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence business decisions across stakeholder groups.
* Conflict resolution skills and ability to escalate issues positively.
* Self-motivation, excellent time management, and prioritization skills under pressure.
* Effective people management skills to lead and motivate team members.
