Job Overview
This senior engineering-in-test position is within the Application Security Tools Squad, which is a part of the Application and Infrastructure Security Product Area in the Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit.
The team focuses on delivering cutting-edge tools, libraries, and solutions that support and validate the implementation of security measures by Fidelity's vast application development community.
You will play a pivotal role in steering decisions, leading deployments, and crafting integrations with our current systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Review test strategies with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
* Develop and maintain automated suites/frameworks of tests to assess product quality and release readiness.
* Create an Automation Framework related to application security.
* Train squads on test management best practices.
* Conduct manual testing as required.
Requirements
* 8+ years of relevant technical experience and expertise in test automation.
* Experience creating, maintaining, and enforcing overall program test plans with stakeholders based on evolving schedules and timelines.
* Experience testing vendor applications.
* Ensuring all types of testing (unit, functional, performance, acceptance, etc.) are being covered.
* Reporting on test progress, product quality status, and overall test results to initiative stakeholders.
* Agile/Scrum experience.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization.
* Drive a strong quality practice and influence the squad(s) to focus on quality in each sprint.
* Continuously improve stability and resiliency of critical business processes and applications.
* Ability to drive the test automation strategy within the team.
* Firsthand experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks with tools like PyUnit, Junit, Karate, Cypress, etc.
* Good understanding of web services testing.
* Data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
* Building efficiencies in testing that increase agility and time to deliver business value.
