Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Swords, Co. Dublin | Pavilions Shopping Centre
Reports to: Security Manager
Contract: Full-time | 37.5 hours
Salary: €42,000- €45,000 DOE
Bidvest Noonan is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client shopping centre locations in Swords. This role is ideal for a motivated security professional who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Supervisor:
* Oversee daily security operations and delegate tasks to the team.
* Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
* Liaise with Gardaí and emergency services when required.
* Monitor CCTV and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
* Complete reports accurately and on time.
* Manage access control for staff and contractors.
* Ensure staff understand and follow security policies.
* Support emergency procedures and compliance checks.
* Train staff in emergency protocols.
* Review daily activities and performance of security officers.
* Conduct appraisals and corrective interviews.
* Ensure staff meet presentation and customer service standards.
* Demonstrate strong positive communication and support with team motivation.
* Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Services Manager.
Key Requirements of the Security Supervisor:
* QQI Level 4 Basic Guarding Skills.
* PSA Static License.
* Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security.
* Strong team leadership and communication skills.
* Proficient in English (oral & written).
* Valid work permit/visa (if applicable).
* Basic IT proficiency.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
* Excellent communication and independent working skills.
