Human Resources Leadership Opportunity
This senior HR role offers a chance to drive the strategic direction of a thriving business, with full autonomy and the potential to grow into a Head of HR position.
You will lead a team of 10-12, delivering operational and strategic HR management for a large workforce.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing an effective HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation. You will partner with site managers to address recruitment and retention challenges, provide advice and support to senior management, and oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing, and proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations.
Key skills include strong organizational skills, ability to lead value-added initiatives, and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
