Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 within UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science.
The SWEETWISE project is a large, multidisciplinary research programme involving partners at University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and TU Dublin, and focused on developing safe, sustainable and evidence-based approaches to sugar reduction across the food system.
The successful postholder will undertake a key role in this team, leading research activity in UCD and across the consortium, at the interface of food science, nutrition, sensory science and public health.
They will also contribute to research-activity reporting and dissemination.
Fixed Salary: €46,305 per annum.
