Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and drive brand growth.
* Collaborate with leadership to set annual marketing objectives, goals, and KPIs.
* Own the full campaign lifecycle—from concept to execution—across both online and offline channels.
* Liaise with internal departments and store staff to align marketing efforts.
* Support communication and coordination across teams.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

* Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
* Create, schedule, and oversee engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and monitor engagement.
* Drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention through digital initiatives and promotions.
* Drive continuous social media marketing activities to increase product, store, and brand awareness.
* Implement SEO best practices and continually optimize the website for search visibility.
* Develop compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, video scripts, and promotional materials that engage and convert customers.
* Produce assets like digital banners, flyers, in-store POS materials, and print ads.

3. Localized Store Marketing

* Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to individual retail stores.
* Own the in-store experience by managing promotional signage, product displays, and store events to boost local awareness.
* Develop seasonal and in-store campaigns that drive footfall and sales.

4. Influencer Marketing

* Identify, manage, and maintain relationships with third-party influencers.
* Coordinate influencer content creation (short videos, posts) related to products and brand.
* Ensure influencer content is regularly updated on social media feeds.

5. Support for New Store Openings and Refurbishments

* Assist with signage, graphics, and branding tweaks for new stores.
* Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility during store launches and refurbishments.

6. Website Management

* Maintain and update the company website with the latest product offers and promotions.

7. Market Research & Trend Analysis

* Continuously research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
* Analyze data from digital platforms to track ROI, customer behavior, and engagement, adjusting campaigns for maximum impact.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative, social media, website and content management role.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
* Proficiency in handling social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
* Skilled in creative and strategic content creation & curation.
* Basic graphics/signage designing skills.
* Creative and innovative thinker.
* Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently & collaboratively.
* Passion for retail, design, branding, innovation and consumer behaviour.
* Attention to detail and highly organised.
