DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a leading Irish Mechanical Engineering company to assist them with hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Limerick.
Job DescriptionThe QS will based on-site at an upcoming Pharmaceutical project, which is expected to last for 2-3 years.The role is likely to be based on the client site 5 days per week.Reporting into the Senior QS on the project.Responsible for driving the change process on site.Dealing with the Client, Main Contractor, and other contractors on a daily basis.
QualificationsDegree in Quantity SurveyingIdeally looking for someone with 2-5 years' QS experience.Mechanical experience highly desired.Familiar with isometric drawings.Knowledge of process pipework.
