The Director of Nursing will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in line with regulatory requirements.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior nurse manager within the last 6 years is essential.
* A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent is required.
* 5 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience, including 3 years caring for older persons, are necessary.
* A registered nurse on or eligible to be on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is required.
* Effective communication with residents, relatives, employees, and external bodies is essential.
