About the Role: We are looking for a proficient and creative web designer to join our Marketing & Communications team at EPS Group.
As a web designer, you will be responsible for envisioning and creating compelling and responsive cross-platform websites, mobile applications and digital interfaces optimised for various screen sizes and operating systems.
Youll work with the marketing team to create user personas, develop visual collaterals for social platforms and design content strategy.

Objectives of this role Make functional graphics, digital proofing, UI/UX designs and visual concepts that catch the eye and inspire users.
Knowledge of industry standard prototyping tools such as Figma or Penpot is preferred Work with Marketing & Communications team and individual product managers to create and execute design plans, helping the company achieve its product vision and meet marketing goals.
Experience in managing web projects with a diverse team of stakeholders would be an advantage Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirements Assist the marketing team in creating attractive and customer orientated visual assets such as landing pages and websites to be integrated into digital campaigns Work progressively to ensure SEO, AIO and GEO optimisation across Group websites Key Responsibilities: Build user-friendly wireframes, mock-ups and websites Develop responsive WordPress sites from wireframes Optimise websites for SEO, AIO and GEO Design appealing graphics and responsive templates Implement layouts, logos and branding Create and execute a cohesive visual brand strategy Stay updated with industry trends Conceptualise ideas and solutions with clients Establish and follow design guidelines and best practices Design visual imagery aligned with client branding Communicate design ideas through various tools Prepare and present design plans Manage content management and provide training Maintain website appearance and content standards Suggest and implement best practices and features Test and improve website design Key Competencies and Skills 3+ years of experience as a web or graphic designer Demonstrable portfolio of web design projects Experience with eCommerce solutions Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) Strong knowledge of WordPress, including builders and plugins Understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design, usability, and accessibility Creative thinking and excellent visual communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines SEO, AIO, and GEO optimization skills Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with responsive design and UX principles Ability to manage content management systems (CMS) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma) Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues Creative and open to new ideas Up to date with web protocols, standards, and technologies Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques Excellent communication skills Compensation Package: Competitive salary and benefits package Robust graduate programme Opportunities for professional development and career growth CPD accredited employer A collaborative and supportive work environment Laptop or desktop and work mobile phone provided Flexible working options, dependent on location and role requirements See company website for more information on the benefits of working in EPS Group Wewelcomespeculativeapplicationsfromindividualsofalllevels.
