* The responsibilities of a carer include (but are not limited to) personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high dependency care, supervising medication, light housework/basic shopping needs.
* Deliver high-quality care and assistance to our clients as per their Care Plan. The Care Plan will be placed in each client's homes and carers must follow this guide.
* Supporting social interactions and activities, providing companionship.
* Encourage independence.
* Observe, listen, and engage with clients and maintain positive relationships with the client and the family.
* Be punctual and manage time effectively.
* Always observe confidentiality policies.
* Communicate with Kare Plan any changes or concerns in relation to Client needs/care.
* Report and record any incidents.
* Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

We are looking for Carers who:
* Have started/completed QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
* Have drivers licence & own transport
* Are reliable, dedicated, diligent and trustworthy
* Are fluent in English both verbally and written
