role, and reporting to the Head of Projects and Programme Transformation, you will help scale and mature Agile delivery across a
fast-growing, globally distributed SaaS
organisation.
About Your New Job:
* Define, train, and implement
Agile practices across 20+ scrum teams located globally.
* Coach and mentor
teams in Agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum and SAFe.).
* Work closely with Engineering Leaders and Product Owners.
* Set up newly create scrum teams for success by facilitating team kick-offs and team practices.
* Collaborate with other Agile practitioners and stakeholders to align Agile practices across the organisation.
* Own and manage the tracking of
metrics to measure Agile practices.
What Skills You'll Need:
* Proven experience as an Agile Coach,
leading high performing global Agile scrum teams.
* 5-8 years' experience in a
software development environment
, with Agile implementation success.
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or similar.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar Agile certification
* Ability to coach at all levels
, including senior leadership.
* Strong understanding of
software development life cycles
and
Agile frameworks.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
* Willingness to travel
internationally
several times a year.
