The Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistantto support one of our Directors.
This is a varied role blending marketing, executive support, and administration.
You will plan and deliver marketing campaigns, manage digital and print collateral, support tender and quotation processes, maintain our online presence, and coordinate events.
Alongside this, you will provide direct assistance to the Directors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the business.
This is a Waterford based on-site role.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create marketing collateral, tenders, quotations, and promotional materials.
Manage social media, website updates, and email campaigns.
Support event planning and execution.
Conduct market research and maintain client database/CRM.
Provide administrative and executive support to Directors.
About You Proven marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and publishing/marketing tools.
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects.
Creative and adaptable, with an ability to reflect company culture and brand.
