Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all event enquiries, viewings and follow-ups.
* Guide clients in creating their event package using strong negotiation skills.
* Maintain listings on event platforms.
* Plan open events, attend trade shows and pursue leads to secure bookings.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless events.
* Manage bookings for small meetings and social gatherings.
* Prepare proposals, input bookings into the system and ensure payments are received.
* Complete administrative tasks including menus, seating plans and signage.
* Conduct post-event feedback calls and proactive sales outreach.
Requirements:
* Experience in events or hospitality.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
* Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
