Warehouse Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage stock levels, provide accurate quotes to customers, and resolve day-to-day enquiries.

* Maintaining all stock of fast-moving items is crucial for our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
* Providing accurate quotes to customers requires strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Resolving day-to-day enquiries efficiently is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
* Part sourcing and collecting parts from local suppliers are essential tasks that require strong negotiation and purchasing skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with suppliers and negotiating the best prices for our business.
* Any other general administration as required involves being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient management reports, contributing to continuous improvement processes, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.


Key Requirements:

* A strong product range knowledge for MRO and engineering consumables is necessary for this role. You will need to have experience in selling and marketing products to customers.
* Strong sales and customer relationship development skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth. You will need to be able to negotiate with suppliers and build relationships with new customers.
* Methodical and well-organized, with strong knowledge of management systems, is crucial for success in this role. You will need to be able to manage stock levels, create and maintain efficient management reports, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft office, including excel, and IT literate is necessary for this role. You will need to have basic computer skills and be able to use software applications to manage data and perform tasks.
