Job Title: Facilities & HSE Manager
The MCS Group is recruiting a Facilities & HSE Manager to join our team in Newry. As a key member of our organization, you will lead facilities management and contribute expertise to capital infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead facilities management including contributing expertise to capital infrastructure projects
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of new buildings
* Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance procedures
* Manage service contracts and suppliers for cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, and building systems
* Review and maintain health safety & wellness policies and practices
* Ensure an effective internal health & safety audit program is maintained
* Manage risk assessment and incident investigation and accident reporting
* Collaborate with architects, design consultants, and contractors to ensure the facility is developed in line with healthcare regulations and sustainability standards
