As a Delivery Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to deliver exceptional home shopping experiences by putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
* Loading your vehicle and ensuring it is roadworthy
* Understanding your scheduled route and adhering to it
* Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform, ready to assist customers
* Driving safely, responsibly, and within the law
* Providing excellent customer service, greeting them by name
* Carefully handling and delivering customer orders as if they were your own
* To hold a valid full Irish or EU driving licence (manual or automatic) with no more than 3 penalty points for at least 2 years
* To be a safe and courteous driver
* Enjoy helping others
* Be personable with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills
* Utilize initiative and common sense
* Remain calm under pressure
