Role Purpose:
To manage the PERI scaffolding business (customer, projects, turnover, discount) within a defined area, and on specified projects. To maintain and build new customer trading relationships and to grow PERI market share in Ireland
Key Objectives:
* Add value to Customers and their projects on behalf of PERI
* To develop a high level of understanding or PERI products, and the scaffolding market, especially within your area of responsibility.
* Identify and target new customers to PERI. Continuous prospecting to expand market reach.
* Develop, maintain, and grow turnovers from existing customers.
* Develop and maintain a project pipeline for your area of responsibility.
* Work closely with customers to manage queries and complaints.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver annual sales targets.
* Negotiate trading agreements and discount levels with our customers.
* Implement and drive new market penetration strategies.
Professional requirements (experience, skills):
* Qualification in a construction related discipline desirable.
* Selling Skills.
* Professional experience.
